THE LEGACY OF YES MINISTER!

THAT HAS CRIPPLED THE SYSTEM...
If first generation of reforms were crisis driven, the second generation had to be consensus driven meant to concentrate on reforms in governance. Not only is the influence of government institutions in India is colossal but their importance is higher taking into consideration the socioeconomic backwardness of the millions of Indians. Be it Police, Judiciary, local administration or for that matter most of the government departments, the governance seem to be caught in the colonial time warp hardly reflecting the changed realities of democratic and modern India.

Chorley Nissan, a major dealer group of Nissan, is trying to sell the most expensive Nissan Mirca complete with a Barbie or rather BAR8IE number plate for raising money for the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity. Barbie may not be the best idol for young girls who starve themselves to look like her but then considering it's for charity, even the Mafia’s cars would be welcome!
